Making valentines

The girls and I always make their valentines. This year they had little baggies with a valentine topper where they could write their name. Then we re-wrapped candies and put them in the bag. The girls were really excited to give them to all their friends at school!

This was Aubrey's first time taking Valentines to school, she carried the bag around the house saying "it's Aubrey's birthday tines tines (valentine)" She was really excited! We finally had to put them up because they were getting pretty beat up!

Madelyne worked really had on writing her name. I love how at this age they don't have a concept of spacing. If she runs out of room for her long name she just puts the final letters some where else. Either on top or bottom of her name! I love it!
